Thanks to our experience with the management of real estate companies and the property management of ailing portfolios, we are well aware that no project is 100% secured from a long term perspective – particularly in the area of real estate. For crisis management, REMAG therefore initially develops analyses together with all those involved. Here our target-oriented response is based on openness and complete transparency. We thereupon develop concepts and approaches in order to bring proper structures to the portfolio and provide initial stabilisation. Once this obstacle is overcome, the further course of engagement can be planned.
